Dan Donovan

Founder, Stratoscope Holdings

Dan Donovan is the Founder and Managing Partner of Stratoscope Holdings, a vertically integrated security and risk management company delivering advanced protection solutions across large-scale events, venues, and high-profile environments.

With more than 30 years of experience, Donovan has led security operations and strategic planning for some of the world’s most complex and prestigious events, including 13 Super Bowls, seven Olympic Games, multiple Formula One races, and 10 of Salesforce’s Dreamforce conferences. His leadership is recognized for combining operational precision with a deep understanding of crowd behavior, threat assessment, and proactive risk prevention.

Donovan is the founder of Stratoscope and Ingressotek, two companies at the forefront of event safety innovation, specializing in scalable security strategy, guest screening solutions, and technology-driven approaches that protect both people and brand reputation. He is also the driving force behind Stratoscope Holdings’ expansion into elite canine detection and executive-level protection services through the acquisition of Ford K9, the launch of Stratos K9, and the creation of Stratos Executive Protection.

Prior to founding Stratoscope Holdings, Donovan held senior leadership roles including Vice President of Sport & Entertainment at T&M Protection Resources and Guidepost Solutions, and previously founded The Inocon Group. Across every role, his work has been defined by rigorous preparation, high-level discretion, and the ability to execute under pressure in environments where there is no margin for error.

A frequent expert commentator on national television and in major publications, Donovan regularly shares insight on proactive safety strategy, crisis prevention, and large-scale event security, including appearances on NewsNation’s Cuomo Live. He is also the host of The Security Equation with Dan Donovan, a podcast that has ranked in the Top 100 on Apple Podcasts in the Business & Management category.

Michael Burnett​

Chief Operating Officer, Stratoscope Holdings

Michael Burnett brings a rare combination of federal law enforcement expertise, global operations management, and executive leadership to his role as Chief Operating Officer of Stratoscope Holdings. He began his career as a Special Agent with the United States Secret Service, where he was entrusted with protecting U.S. Presidents, Vice Presidents, and visiting world leaders, as well as leading investigations into complex financial and cybercrimes. These assignments demanded seamless coordination with government agencies and international partners, honing his skills in risk management, crisis response, and operational execution at the highest levels of security.

Transitioning into the private sector, Michael built a distinguished career leading large-scale operations across healthcare, financial services, and technology. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Conservice, a multi-billion-dollar enterprise, where he oversaw global operations and managed thousands of employees across multiple regions. In that role, he guided rapid growth and large-scale transformation while ensuring that service quality and customer experience remained at the core of operational excellence.

At Stratoscope Holdings, Michael applies this unique blend of public-sector discipline and private-sector execution to drive operational strategy, strengthen organizational infrastructure, and support the company’s ambitious growth trajectory. His leadership philosophy centers on disciplined execution balanced with a people-first approach—fostering a culture of accountability, trust, and care while delivering results at scale.

CEO

United States Military Veteran Cameron Ford is the current Owner and Chief Instructor / Master Trainer of the Santa Rosa, California based Ford K9 LLC (NV. PILB #2914), one of the leading educational institutes in the K9 detection dog training industry.

Currently, Cameron offers educational classes in Certified Police and Professional Detection K-9 Training and Certified Sport Detection Dog Trainer Level 1 and 2, as well as focused classes for Detection Dog Trainer, Detection Dog Handler, Canine odor imprinting and training and Canine Cognitive studies. Ford K9 LLC also offers fully trained K9’s for sale custom raised and trained by Cameron and his staff.

Prior to establishing Ford K9 LLC, Cameron was in San Diego, CA and worked for Naval Special Warfare Group 1 (NSWG1) on Cobra Canine LLCs contract. Cameron was Multi-Purpose Canine Training Instructor for SEAL Teams 1, 3, 5 and 7. Training Duties were to select, prepare and train the dogs and then train the SEAL team operators with their dogs for special forces deployments using the multi-purpose canines to locate IEDs and hidden military combatants.

Cameron is a former contributing writer for Police K9 and K9 Cop Magazine, USPCA magazine Canine Currier.

Natalie Morris

Sr. Manager, K9 Training

Natalie Morris is a professional detection dog trainer, handler, and manager with Stratos K9, where she oversees operational K9 teams, green dog selection and procurement, detection dog development, and handler training. She also plays an active role in client relations, operational planning, and the continued development of explosive detection programs.

Natalie has been training dogs and teaching handlers for over 15 years. Throughout her career, she has worked with hundreds of teams around the world, helping develop both sport and working dogs while building strong handler skills through clear communication, practical training, and a deep understanding of canine behavior.

In 2011, Natalie was drawn to the world of canine olfaction through the sport of K9 Nose Work, where she began training and trialing her personal dogs. After years of competing with multiple dogs and continually being amazed by the capabilities of the canine nose, she knew detection work was where she wanted to focus her career.

In 2021, Natalie transitioned into professional explosive detection, combining her sport detection experience with operational K9 work. Since then, she has worked with explosive detection teams at a wide variety of high-profile events and venues, training both dogs and handlers for real-world deployments.

Today, Natalie works alongside her operational explosive detection dog, Elara. Together they provide explosive detection services for public and private events while continuing to advance their skills through ongoing training and operational experience.

Outside of professional deployments, Natalie remains passionate about canine olfaction and enjoys training with her personal dogs, believing that both sport and operational detection continue to sharpen the skills that make exceptional detection handlers.

Brandon Chavez

K9 Trainer – Project Lead of K9 Operations

Brandon Chavez is a seasoned K9 professional with more than 15 years of hands-on experience in canine training, handling, and operational deployment. His background includes extensive work with explosive detection dogs, advanced working-dog development, and over eight years as a professional K9 decoy, where precision, timing, and strong nerve were essential to safely developing high-drive dogs.

Throughout his career, Brandon has trained and prepared working and police K9s for real-world conditions using scenario-based training, environmental stress exposure, and operational simulations. He specializes in managing intense dogs, rehabilitating aggressive and reactive behaviors, and strengthening engagement, obedience, and control under pressure. He also brings direct experience as a bomb dog handler screening cargo in airport environments.

Brandon currently works alongside K9 Grizzly, a Stratos K9–owned Firearms Detection Dog. Together, they support Stratos K9’s mission by delivering reliable, professional detection services in high-security and high-consequence environments.

In addition to his K9 expertise, Brandon brings a solid foundation in tactical training and firearms instruction, with a strong emphasis on safe weapons handling and emergency-response principles. His professionalism, steady presence, and commitment to operational readiness make him a valuable asset to Stratos K9 and the demanding security environments we support.

Warrick Gibbs

K9 Trainer – Project Lead of K9 Operations

Warrick Gibbs is a professional K9 instructor and operational handler with experience training working dogs and handlers in tracking, mantrailing, scent detection, bite work, and search and rescue. His background includes operational deployments throughout Southern Africa supporting anti-poaching efforts, missing person searches, and conservation initiatives, as well as instructing K9 teams in both South Africa and the United States.

Warrick brings extensive real-world field experience to Stratos K9, combining operational expertise with a passion for developing reliable, mission-ready K9 teams capable of performing in demanding environments.
